1. Overview and Scope

Your personal data privacy is important to Cosmic Computing (“Cosmic”) and we are highly committed in respecting and managing your Personal Data collected consistent with this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Cosmic and its affiliates collect, use and disclose personal information of customers through our websites and online services, including cosmiccomputing.ai, and other Cosmic-owned or operated websites, social media channels, and online services that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Sites”), and at our physical premises (“Services”).

This Policy sets out the collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Data. “Personal Data” means any data or information, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified either (a) from that data; or (b) from that data and other information to which Cosmic is likely to have access to. Subject to applicable local law, Personal Data excludes business contact information which refers to an individual’s name, position name or title, business telephone number, business address, business electronic mail address or business fax number and any other similar information about the individual, not provided by the individual solely for his personal purposes.

The types of Personal Data that we collect depend on the circumstances of collection and on the nature of the transaction undertaken with us. The Personal Data that we may request includes but is not limited to:

3. What We Do With the Personal Data You Provide

We will, upon your written request to our Data Protection Officer (see contact details and requirements below), allow you to enquire about the ways in which your personal data has been or may have been used or disclosed within a year before the request. Where required or authorized to do so by law, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee for this service and/or deny your request for access to your Personal Data.

You should ensure that all Personal Data submitted to us is current, complete and accurate. Failure on your part to do so may result in our inability to provide you with the products, services and activities you have requested. We will retain your Personal Data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, the legal or business purposes of Cosmic, or as required by relevant laws. When destroying Personal Data, we will take commercially reasonable and technically possible measures to make the personal information irrecoverable or irreproducible in accordance with the applicable laws.

Our Sites do not capture Personal Data about your online use unless you choose to access or use our Sites or provide such information to us.
